Use them with programs such as Photoshop/Elements, your Silhouette, Cricut (w/older versions of SCAL/MTC), Pazzles, Klick-n-Kut, Wishblade or any cutting machine that can use the following file formats: SVG/DXF/AIv8/PNG (unless otherwise noted).
