Maybe you can help me cuz I'm stumped with something…
I bought some digital stamps from 2 peas & love them. I can make them be white & black in PS…but I can't change it to say blue. I try painting, adjusting color, I just can't figure this out. Can you help me friend??? Looks like something that you would be a pro at!
