Can you hear it?

The music’s still a-playin’! Of course you never know what you’ll hear at my party. It could be ABBA, Frank Sinatra, Def Leppard, Glee, U2 or Ingrid Michaelson. Have I ever mentioned I like variety? ;)

Let’s ask Miss Robyn Werlich what she’d like to listen to since she’s just joined the party! I met Robyn a few years ago . . . had dinner with her, Loni Stevens and Maggie Holmes. She’s just delightful . . . and an amazing scrapper to boot! Let’s take a look at what she made for the par-tay!

 Home Decor Frame Project: This Everything Kit.

Robyn says:
Cut out in yellow and then accent words in pink and aqua. This is in a frame in our front entry way with a banner hanging over it that I made last year. I get so many compliments on this project and the beautiful quote! Such a wonderful design! Thanks Kerri!!

Hello Card: All About You Kit (hello) & This & That Summertime Shapes Only Kit.

Robyn says: I die-cut the ‘hello’ multiple times with kraft cardstock and glued 3 of them on top of each other to make it a thicker accent on the card. I used a glitter pen over the top of each ‘hello’ to help add a little extra something. I die-cut the butterfly in green (solid) and then placed some flowers (summertime kit) over the one side of the butterfly and cut it out in pink cardstock. This is a fun affect because you get to see the green butterfly through the die-cut flowers on the top butterfly.

Robyn says: For this layout, I die-cut 2 suns and layered them over one another. I die-cut the flowers from the Summertime Kit in pink cardstock and added them by the sun and the fabulous title work from a design in the Escape kit! I love these stacked word designs that Kerri does – so perfect!! My favorites for sure! I also cut a few of the double-loop borders from the Borderlines 3 kit and added them throughout the page. The #4 in the circle is from the Family kit – another favorite design!

I love using Kerri’s designs in my creative work! She is so good at what she does – her designs are the perfect touch for my projects! They are graphic and clean and always make me so excited to see whatever she comes out with! Love her work! Thanks for asking me to contribute to your blog this week Kerri! I’m so glad that you are doing kits here that we all can enjoy and be inspired by! I’m your biggest fan!

Okay, so wow, wow, WOW! Amaaaazing projects Miss Robyn!!! I love Robyn’s frame creation using the This Everything phrase too. I love seeing the same kind of idea used in two completely different ways. If you haven’t checked out Nichol’s version, you can do that HERE.
