Love all the little details on this.
Those little pearls add so much!

Here’s what Laura has to say:

Since we were working on loved themed projects this month, I dug deep in my files, to pull out these super old photos from my oldest daughter’s Kindergarten Valentine’s Day party at school. I can’t believe these photos were from ELEVEN years ago! I used a template from Kerri’s Storyboard 1 kit to arrange all of my photos in. I love photo collages and treating them as one large photo on my pages.

For the left side of the page, I cut out a section of the Large Circle shape from the Background Basics kit, along with the Scalloped Scribble Border from the Borderlines 1 kit, and layered them together. If you look closely, the word “Valentine’s” in my title, has a little wear and tear to it. After I had run my title through my Silhouette machine, I then decided to cut some hearts from the Smitten kit, from the same cardstock. I just forgot to take off the word “Valentine’s” before I ran it through the machine again, and I didn’t have it lined up quite right. I went ahead and used it anyways, since I liked the extra bit of texture it added.

A couple other things. First, did y’all catch the Oscars last night? I love when Billy Crystal hosts. He is sooooo good at it! When I think Oscars? I think Billy. I say ‘Billy all the time.’ Why mess with perfection? and that Cirque Du Soleil thing? Amazing! And wasn’t Michelle Williams the most gorgeous thing ever? She’s come a long way from Dawson’s Creek! And I loved Octavia Spencer’s win! That was awesome. I loved ‘The Help.’

Second, if I seem a little less diligent in posting and such, it’s just ’cause I have a lot going on over the next few weeks. Can’t really say much more than that . . . but hopefully I’ll be able to share soon. ;)
