Here’s what Laura has to say:
My girls took a day trip to Great America themepark a few weeks ago, and they took lots of pictures with their iPod’s throughout the day. I was really happy that they captured bits and pieces of their day, and wanted to work them onto a layout. Because the photos off the iPod Touch’s aren’t that great, I decided to print them fairly small (2×3 inches). Because I had so many to choose from, I went with a two page layout. I went through Kerri’s kits, and found several different words/titles to use on my layout, along with the sun and the year circle. I thought the “Quote” and “End Quote” pieces would be fun to incorporate into my journaling, which I had the girls write.
That is seriously awesome. Love all the colors and the little pictures. And, natch, the great use of KBS designs. ;)

This layout is everything I LOVE about Laura Vegas’ work.
The photos are always the main focus, bright cheerful colors with fun papers, journaling and Miss Kerri’s die cutting.
