Merry Christmas to all….

Well, it’s Christmas Eve day in a good chunk of the world today.

And something that seems somewhat of a rarity ’round these parts at Christmas time has taken a turn for the good today . . . that would be SNOW! Big ol’ white fluffy flakes of wintery goodness.

Seems like we haven’t had much of it on Christmas and today it’s just a-dumpin’!

Been out driving in it too and it’s been absolutely glorious!

Kept saying to my hubby, ”I’m so happy!”

I’m tellin’ ya, it’s been rare to get a snow storm on Christmas . . . the one day your really want it.

So now I leave you to enjoy your holidays with this page from Nichol. With Santa coming tonight and all, I thought it a very fitting page to share on this Christmas Eve day.

[ ShapesLetters To Santa (mailbox & title) / Star Background (12×12) / Penguin A Dog’s Life (fire hydrant) / This & That: Winter (sled, stocking hat, envelope) / December Addtions: The Extras (Santa envelope) / This & That: Christmas (Santa hat, stack of gifts) / Christmas Countdown (bird) / Here Comes Santa Claus (hanging star) / Snapshots #1 (photo strip)

Oh my gosh! How stinkin’ cute is this???
Eye candy, I tell ya! Eye candy!

I wanna know where this girl’s mind goes at night.
She must have visions of storybooks dancing in her heads or somethin’.

Then penguins and the hats are killin’ me!

Here’s what Nichol has to say:

I thought it would be fun to cut multiple penguins (one to represent each of my kids) and create a die cut scene of the penguins taking their letters to Santa to the mailbox! I included the awesome new star background to add interest to my page. The envelope pocket was perfect for including my children’s letters to santa. I’m able to “hide” them but still access them at some point. It will be fun to look back at these someday!

I’ll be checking back in with you later in the week.

I hope you all have a Merry Christmas,
Happy Hanukkah and all that good stuff!

Sounds like you are getting one of those “It’s a Wonderful Life” kind of snows! Love when we have those heavy snow falls…just doesn’t happen that often around here. We MIGHT have an inch of snow by Christmas morning – at least it will be white!
