Station 22

So the other night, we had the question that we pretty much hear every night:

What’s for dinner?

Oh, how I detest that question. If I was organized and had meals planned, it probably wouldn’t bother me so much.

Well, this night  we opted for eating out. It was Jordan’s pick (she only gets special treatment for so long though) and the three of us just couldn’t stomach the thought of going to Zupas (which we used to like).

So instead she picked a place she enjoyed going to with her friends:

Station 22

Believe it or not, I didn’t take any pictures of our food, which was very good. A little pricey, but it’s a fun ambiance. What they are known for is their soda wall. Sodas from all over the country.

Our waitress said she liked this one on the left. She said it’s what sunscreen should taste like. It was a pretty bottle, anyway. Love the packaging on so many of the bottles…like this one that Jordan opted for. Pretty funny.

Anyway, if you’re in Provo, Utah some time, give Station 22 a whirl. It’s a fun little place.

AMEN! And THANK YOU so much for saying it out loud!!!! I absolutely DETEST that question. I have a son that asks me first thing in the morning. I haven’t had coffee yet and he’s worried about dinner. Then he asks me again when he gets home from school. I want to rip my hair out. I hate that question.

It’s so nice to see you spending time with your girl. Enjoy.

This looks like a fun place! We sometimes stay in SLC, but more often are traveling through on our way to St. George to visit family. I’ll have to check the location for convenience. If you like soda walls be sure to check out Pops if you’re ever near Arcadia, OK. They have over 600 sodas! It’s especially fun at night when the giant neon pop bottle is lit!

Thanks for the recommendation! My daughter just moved back to Provo to finish her degree and I am staying with her for a bit to help her settle in. We’ll be sure to try Station 22–our current favorite is India Palace on Center Street. Excellent Indian food.
