There’s something about this phrase that resonates with me.
What makes a house a home?
Is it the things in it?
Maybe to a certain extent.
But it’s not the furniture or the big tv or the dishes necessarily.
It’s time spent sitting on the couches talking. Watching a movie together. Eating Sunday dinner.
It’s more about what you’re doing together with those things. More about the comfort.
You don’t need a big home or lots of things…it’s about the time you spend with loved ones–friends and family.
It’s about the memories.
It’s about not worrying that your house may be messy or that you don’t have the most up-to-date furniture.
It’s about spending quality time with one another — or even quality time with your self in the comfort of your surroundings.
It’s the little things that make your house a home.
What makes your house a home?
(this phrase in store now.)
