Guest Designer | Kim Jeffress

Oh boy, oh boy! Do we have an awesome week in store for you all!

I have admired this girl’s work for a very long time. She’s so talented! And one day last spring, I ran into her at Blue Lemon with Heidi Swapp. What the heck? Of course I’ve known Heidi a for many years, but I was tickled pink to get to meet–live and in person–this sweet little Aussie girl. I love listening to her talk! We did a bit of chit chat and went on our merry way to eat with our friends. But after we both had eaten, unbeknownst to either of us, both our parties headed to Dear Lizzie to check out the store (it’s an awesome store, FYI). There we chatted more and–funny story–we were both finally brave enough to ask each other to have a photo taken together. :)

She’s so adorable, right?

Fast forward about a year later and–I don’t know why it took me this long–I thought it would be amazing to have her be a guest designer!

So here she is with a beautiful Hawaiian page! Check it out.

It’s just pure eye candy! While I made the Travelers Packs as a solution for Travelers Notebooks, they can always be used for anything. And I love that she used them to make a page! And hello??? That giant pineapple backed with the floral paper? Ack! It’s amazing!

Let’s hear what Kim has to say:

I absolutely loved the pineapple shapes in the Beach Vibes digital stamp set so I inserted it into my Silhouette cameo software and made it in to a cut file then cut it out on some white cardstock. The gorgeous floral pattern paper in the Travelers Pack: Paradise was divine. I printed it on to a 12 x 12 piece of white card then layered it under my cut file. I then clustered some of the words from the Paradise kit around the edge of the pineapple. I used the Brooklyn stamps for my title and used the Beach Vibes stamps to add additional words to embellish my page.

So amazing, right? Love all the little elements she included. And still dying over the giant pineapple.

Kim’s here all this week, so be ready to get your socks knocked off!
