I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t have a lot of time to wrap gifts. Most of my life it’s–gift bag, tissue paper and, on the rare occasion…card.

I’m a simple, no-nonsense kind of gal. I have, however, been known to cut a plethora of tags (hello Office Tags) ahead of time to have them ready and willing. Have you seen my stash? Uh, I mean….storage?

Tags…tags…tags. Always to the ready–for documenting or gifting.

Gifting does not have to be a big production. I feel like presentation can make a big impact in a simply stated way. And, after all, I’m all for simple and quick.

Take a look at this darling packaging from Marcy.

Seriously. Some glassine envelopes with a cute little stamped tag? So freakin’ adorable. This would also be a really cute idea for cards…or for Christmas photo cards! Right?

Presentation at its finest.

Here’s what Marcy has to say:

Simple packaging is totally up my alley.  And thankfully stamps are the perfect tool to personalize gift wrapping for the holidays and keep things quick and easy.  For this brass bookmark I simply placed it inside a glassine bag and then let the stamps do all the work!  A cute-as-can-be reindeer and a sweet sentiment (both from Bundle Up) are all this little package needs to be in the holiday spirit.
Some other things I’ll be trying with the new KBS holiday stamps this year include:
  • Mass-producing a variety of gift tags.  I want to make a ton with the variety of wreaths!
  • I’m also thinking that stamped numbers inside the wreaths would make great advent countdown tags!
  • Using an assortment of stamps for place cards at the table
  • Using the Wrapped stamps (particularly the rectangle stamps with pattern and text) to color block and stamp my own wrapping paper.  This technique would also be great as a greeting card base!

Oh girl, you are totally speakin’ my language!
