Oh me, oh my!

This is one of my very favorite times of the year because it’s when we do our KBS 12 Days of Christmas event!

It’s the time when we have KBS friends and family share their Christmas goodies with us and the time when we have one-day freebies! These one-day designs are only free for that day and then it goes to its regular price in the store at midnight Mountain Time, so you don’t want to miss a day.

And I’m so excited about today’s freebie! For those of you that love doing Ali Edwards’ December Daily or document December just overall, these little Daily Number Tags are the perfect accent!

They come in two different color schemes–traditional and vintage, because let’s face it, we all need options. The numbers are already laid out on two sheets and you can just pull up the color set you want and print away.

In this example I put a gift card into a glassine bag, embossed a sentiment on grey cardstock using the Wrapped stamps and added one of the extra 25 numbers. There are a few extras of 24 and 25 because there was space and why not fill it, right?

Now, let’s say hello to our first Christmas guest…Miss Kim Jeffress!

You know what I love about Kim? Her pages are so bright and airy. And since she lives ‘down under’, she has a colorful holiday scheme! Take a look at this freakin’ awesome page!

Okay, I am dying over the fact that Kim curved stamps from Bundle Up to make ‘strings’ going from antler to antler on that negative-space deer. aaaackkk! That is the coolest idea ever!

Here’s what Kim has to say:

Hello everyone, I am thrilled to be back on Kerri’s blog this December sharing some fun new Christmas projects with you using some of the brand new Clear Stamps sets.

Today I want to share a layout using the gorgeous Oh Deer cut file and the amazing Bundle Up and Merry (‘oh joy’) stamp sets. I wanted a way to utilise all the fabulous Christmas sayings and as I was looking through the Christmas shop I came across the Oh Deer cut file and thought….wouldn’t they look good strung across the antlers like a banner!

I took some colored inks and chose a few favorite words  and randomly stamped in between the antlers. When I placed the stamps on the acrylic block I curved them a bit to create a more natural look. I then used some silver and white thread and my sewing machine to attach the words to the the antlers.

I  used some of the words from the Merry Little Words printable sheet and added a couple to my banners as well as in and around my photo. They add the perfect finishing touch.

This is most delightful and brilliant! Thank you for sharing this wonderful Christmas goody with us today!
