It seems that everywhere you look, there is some sign of Christmas–weather, shopping, peppermint shakes…the season is upon us.
And today, even here at KBS we have some Signs of Christmas…like literal signs. ;) And our KBS family member, Miss Maggie, is here to show us how she used today’s free design of holiday US/UK street signs.
What a fun little home decor ensemble! Love how she mixed a few of the signs in both styles to make a little collage. I had planned to use one with some galvanized houses…that are still waiting to be painted white (haha), but it never occurred to me to make a little gallery like this. It’s perfect!
Here’s what Maggie has to say:
Hello, hello everyone! Maggie here with look at how I used Kerri’s new “Signs of Christmas” kit to decorate a wall in my family room for the holidays!
The minute I saw the pieces in this kit I knew I wanted to use them. I just love the simplicity of the designs, and I thought they would be perfect as part of a gallery wall.
I adjusted the sizes of the Santa Claus Lane & Rudolph Drive files to fit into some frames I already had on hand, and then I increased the sizes of the Wonderland Way & Christmas Boulevard signs to as large as possible to fit onto an 8.5×11 piece of cardstock.
I printed out my signs and added the larger ones to my frames – I left the glass out each of the frames because I didn’t like the glare the light from the nearby window caused, and I didn’t want to have to keep dusting them throughout the season…;).
Then I ran the smaller signs through my Minc to laminate them – I wanted them to be sturdy enough to last the entire month and I didn’t want the paper to start to curl while they were on the wall.
I grabbed a few other pieces and started my arrangement on the floor. When I was happy with the way it looked, I transferred everything to the wall.
I LOVE the way this turned out…this little corner of my family room has never look merrier!
This is just so lovely. Thank you for sharing your little goodies here with us today!
Don’t forget, the freebies are available for one day only. They go back to their normal price at midnight.

Love these! Thank you!
Thank you so much – really appreciate the work that goes into these, which is why I’m a little hesitant to point out a typo…RUDOLOPH…ooops! No worries here, but thought I’d tip you the wink x
Oh no I didn’t. ACK!!!! Okay, you’re the first to notice it. I’m gonna go change that right now. How weird I didn’t see that!!! 😜
Kerri, the closer you look, the harder they are to spit ;-) Thanks for the prompt response x
Haha. So true. :)
