Day 10 folks.

It’s Day 10 of our 12 Days of Christmas. I can’t even believe it! This time has gone so fast. But I do have to admit, too, I’m looking forward to the ‘quiet’ time when it’s done. ;) Finish shopping, clean my house, maybe start doing some puzzles…you know, just do some home+fam stuff. That’s what I love as we come into Christmas.

For today’s freebie we have A ‘Lot’ Of More Trees. The other A Lot Of Trees has been rather popular and I thought it might be fun to add some merry new designs to it.

I’m almost out of my glittery silver. I hope Michaels gets some more because it is my favorite! And those trees are just too darn happy in that silvery stuff.

Alright then, let’s check in with our lovely friend, Kim Jeffress. She is back with more merry+bright goodies in the way of holiday cards.

Here she is to tell you all about them:

Welcome back to Kerri’s blog. I love color…it is no secret and when it comes to Christmas cards or tags I can never stick with the traditional red and green. I wanted to make some non traditional cards using the two stamp sets  Merry and Bundle Up. Again I took some colorful inks from Vicki Boutin and got to work.

For my first card I used the tree from the Merry stamp set and repeated it several times in different colours across my white card base. I was sure to have some of the tree hang off the edge of the cardstock for a more natural look. I then added the star from the Bundle Up stamp set with some gold ink. I stamped “around the Christmas tree “ in black ink  on some extra white cardstock, trimmed it and added with pop dots to my card.

My second card I wanted to use all the words. I stamped the reindeer at the bottom of the card  with some pink ink and then used a second piece of cardstock to stamp some of my fav words and phrase. I used different colors for a fun look. I then trimmed them out and layered them on the card for some texture!

For my final card I took the snow flake stamp and again stamped  it all over my card base using a soft mint ink. I added some colorful  word stamping to finish off my card and some mint enamel dots. I  Love the effect.

Thanks so much for having me Kerri. I cant wait to get started on more Christmas craft with your stamp sets.

Soooo lovely! The cards are simple and beautifully executed and the bright colors just pop making the card so merry!

Thank you so much for coming to our Christmas party Miss Kim!
