You thought I was gonna say Mail now didn’t ya? ;)

Well, today’s goodness does heavily involve the brand new Happy Mail #1 and #2, but rather than something ‘mail’ oriented, Maggie is having some sweetness goin’ on with notes to her kids. Love this idea!

Check it out.

Okay, seriously? How awesome are these little guys?? I love how she blended both Happy Mail sets together on some of them. Also? That little ‘confetti’ stamp? Never even occurred to me to combine it with the moon+sentiment to make it look like stars. gasp!

Fabulous ideas, my friend!

Now here’s Maggie to tell us all about them:

Greeting-card-making is not my forte.

At all.

Like…at all.

But I still LOVE stamp sets that, on first glance, may seem more oriented towards creating cards. Take Kerri’s Happy Mail sets, for example – their darling phrases and designs are really perfect for creating greetings of all sorts.

But I wanted to think outside the box just a bit.

So I whipped up some little inspirational cards that can be popped into lunches, backpacks, purses, wherever!

To make these little guys, I cut white cardstock down to 2.75″ x 2.75″ and adhered each piece to a 3″ x 3″ piece of patterned paper.

I stamped a quick little sentiment on each one, and done!

Now I can just throw one into each of the kids’ lunches to remind them of how much they mean to me. I’m sure my 13 year old son will be thrilled…(smile).
