Thanksgiving is steeped in tradition. It’s about where we’ve come from and the family and friends in our lives now. Much changes over the generations and even in just the few years of our lives. It’s fun to look back on those years and reminisce. And you know what helps with that? Photos.

So what a grand idea it is to include photos from previous Thanksgivings in a little booklet and add it to your table as a meaningful decoration.

Take a look at what Jessica Upton has made doing just that.

This truly is an amazing idea. A definite conversation starter. This little album came together so fabulously! It’s just perfect.

Here’s Jessica to tell us about it:

When I first saw the Feast set, I knew that it would be perfect for a project I had been wanting to do for a long time.

Every year, all of the cousins sit on our front porch railing and we get a group shot of them. I wanted to create a mini Travelers Notebook of these photos for myself, my mom and my sister to have. I wanted it to be easy to just add the next years photos to it as we go. I premade the next several years after the ones past. I will put these at each of their place settings this Thanksgiving.

So loved doing this project and the Feast and Mad About Plaid  stamps were absolutely perfect for it!

[ Other supplies: Attach It (bread tags), Brooklyn SM (years) and Newport (nana). ]
