I have been so excited for this month’s stamps for quite some time. I’ve always been a big fan of using text that has both thick and thin components. I usually do it in uppercase though. But a few months ago when we went to Amsterdam, I saw a few places that did thick and thin…but they did it in lowercase and I thought, I need some of that in my life. 

So today, not only do we have the new stamps for love with Me & You and sweet accent stamps with Borderlines, but we also have Thick+Thin.

And to show them all off, we have Miss Maggie Massey with some delightful Valentine ideas!

 

 

 

 

Doin’ the swoon thing here. Splitting her kids’ names up looks so awesome. And that multi-color Love card? Love. Love. Love…. :)

If you know you me at all, you probably know I am NOT a cardmaker. At all. At all. 

But every now and again I do like to pull out some notecards and stamps and throw together a little handmade card.

With Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, I decided to use Kerri’s newest stamps to create a few cards for my kids.

I started with some premade 5″ x 7″ cards. I trimmed each card straight down the middle, creating two new cards, each 5″ x 3.5.” Then I did the same with the envelopes.

I chose my favorite sentiments from the Me & You set, and then just got to work stamping. 

(For Tyler’s card, I first added some watercolor to the front of the card).

To decorate the envelopes, I used the new Thick & Thin set…my favorite new alpha!

These cards were so quick & easy…and I love the way they turned out!
