You all know my love for accenting pages with letters and numbers, right? Whether it be words, monograms, giant numbers or tiny little stamped dates…they are probably my most favorite accents.

So imagine my giddiness when I saw this little number from our Miss Maggie. Isn’t this just an awesome idea??? And putting in the multiples of Life Is Good in there? Genius.

 

 

Here’s Maggie to tell us all about it:

You know those notebook spreads you make that you just can’t stop looking at?

Yep. This one is mine.

To create the left side of my spread, I drew a slanted line across the page with a ruler & pencil.

Then I chose 4 of my favorite ink colors and started stamping the 2019 from Block Of Years along the line I had drawn.

After I got the initial line of stamping done, I pretty much winged the stamping on the rest of the page. Don’t look too closely to the spacing…it’s definitely NOT perfect…and there is no rhyme or reason to my color order and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!

I added the “LIFE IS GOOD” 3 times and in black – to complement my black & white photo on the right side of my spread – and to add a little visual interest to my design.

This really was such an easy design to create, but I love that it has such a big impact!
