Today’s One Day Monday Summer Freebie is a little somethin’ to jazz up your pages….some Paperclip Words. It’s funny, as with many kits I put together, I start with one plan and some how it just keeps expanding. haha

I’d initially started with the days of the week in mind, had a little extra room, added a few words, and then thought maybe I should make some longer-word clips go horizontally, in addition to days of the week going horizontally too…and then of course you needed the option to clip from the left side or right side…right?

 

 

 

 

I like cutting these from photo paper because it has a ‘plastic-like’ appearance over cardstock. (It’s hard to tell in the photos.) Seems to cut cleaner too. Print a big ol’ black square on photo paper and use that to cut your clips from. Or, just use plain’ ol’ white.

For fun, try leaving the letters inside rather than remove them. It adds a whole other dimension.

You could also print them, trim, and then use an x-acto knife to cut the ‘clip’.

Cut them all to have on hand when needed, I always say. ;)
