You know, I had been planning to do a tall skinny alphabet for some time now. And you know me, I love having size options. I knew I’d have a big one, but one day, a KBS peep (hello, Laura Wonsik)  asked if I’d ever consider doing a 3″ alphabet. I had this one lined up and I thought it would be the one to do it with. Challenge accepted. ;)

The highest I could do with a somewhat economical option was 2.6″. That was close to 3″. But then I thought, Oh boy, I could do some huge numbers though!

And those glorious 3.6 Juniper Numbers Jumbo came about

Then, when I got those huge numbers in my hand, oohing and ahhing over their beauty, I kind of fell down an alphabet rabbit hole. I needed the alphabet to match…no matter what it took. Result? Fabulousness.

When all is said and done, I love how this alphabet came together in all their super versatile sizes. Rabbit holes can be a good thing. The multi sizes are just so fun to use together, like what Maggie has for us today!

 

 

That mix of letters and numbers created the most amazing title! Very clean, but such an impact! I love it! Especially how she layered the stamp colors. perfect.

Although spring was crazy and full of uncertainties, summer is shaping up to be just a little bit more “normal.” And for us, normal means baseball!

My older son’s team recently won the first tournament they participated in, and we were all so excited! When I sat down to document this fantastic memory, I didn’t have to think twice about the stamp sets I wanted to use.

The Juniper sets are the best for creating big, bold titles…I just love the way they work together here.

And the perfectly simple typefaces in the Block of Summertime look so darn good!
