This not being able to travel is killing me. I’d so wanted to go to Scotland–home of my people–and spend some time there this year. And Dan wanted to spend some time in Wales–home of his people. Well, our people had other homes too, but those are pretty big places for us. I’ve been to Scotland a couple times before, but we’d just stayed in Edinburgh. I want to explore like all of it. :)

I’ve been saving my Britain pictures on Instagram, keeping track of everywhere I’d like to go. Sadly, those pictures will have to suffice because we ain’t goin’ nowhere for a while still. Oy.

I will have to just dream of beautiful places when I see photos of Stonehenge like these from Miss Kim Jeffress, who is attending the KBS birthday party.

 

 

 

 

I tell ya, this girl is an absolute gem! She’s clear from Australia, but believe it or not, we’ve met! I ran into her and Heidi Swapp once upon a time at a local store in. my neck of the woods. Someday I hope I can travel to see her in her country. ;) Australia and New Zealand are on my bucket list.

As for her page for which I will pretend I’m Mary Poppins and can hop in the pictures…it’s divine. Look at all the stamp details! Like seriously. It’s so amazing!

Here’s Kim to tell us more:

I decided to use the Thick+Thin stamps and the Roam stamps for our visit to Stonehenge last year. I began by creating my title using different colored inks and the Thick stamps.

I typed up my journaling on a 3×4 card and added a subtitle using a variety of the Roam stamps.

Finally I created my own tag embellishment by stacking a number of the Roam stamps on the tag, stamping using a variety of colors that coordinated with the photos.

This isn’t helping my wanderlust at all. Let’s be real. ;) But Kim, you always do such a wonderful job. Thank you so much for coming to my party!
