This is my favorite month of the year. It’s when the weather starts turning into fall. It’s the beginning of school. It’s the month of my own little birthday…and hubs. It’s a good month. :)

And with each new month comes new stamps and we’ve got some fabulous ones for you today!

 

Say hello to Jordan Alphabet, Jordan Numbers, Jordan SM, Hello Baby, Trick Or Treat and Around the Block.

The two Jordan alphabets + numbers are 1. 5″ and 1″ tall. They were named because of how much I loved the Jordaan District in Amsterdam. The letters remind me of the narrow and ornate buildings. Fabulous structures that pack a lot of punch and have a lot of character, just like this alphabet. My daughter is also named Jordan, so I opted to go with her spelling…she has a lot of character too. ;)

Jordan SM has both letters and numbers. Sorry you can’t see that in the photo.

Around the Block is made to work with the whole Block series, but is also made to work on its own with a line that goes perfectly around the block or offset around the block. Double the fun there.

I’m a collector of all sorts of phrases (you should see my list) and I’ve had baby phrases that I’ve wanted to bring together in a stamp set for quite some time. So happy to finally pull it together in Hello Baby! You can document all the tiny little everythings of your wee one with this sweet stamp set. And of course there had to be a mama/papa and baby bear. ;) This also makes a great gift for a new mom!

And then there’s Trick Or Treat. I loved our last Halloween-themed stamp set, but after three years, it was time to retire it and make something fresh. Loving how this one turned out. I’m particularly fond of The Great Pumpkin Believer stamp since not only did that cartoon come out in 1966, but it was the year I was born. What a great year. ;)

I wanted to mention a couple little things about a couple stamps. It’s nothing major.

There was a little manufacturing mix up on Around The Block. I had accidentally written INSIDE > OUTSIDE when I meant for it to be OUTSIDE > INSIDE. I had sent in the art and the next day I realized my mistake and changed it. Well, the label got changed, but the stamp didn’t. So it’s still a usable stamp and perhaps appropriate for these times (haha) or the upcoming winter or a rainy day or when the temps are 103 or when you want to binge watch all of Harry Potter…lots of ways to use it.

The second little ‘mistake’ is that the backing paper on Jordan SM just says Jordan. The stamp itself does say Jordan SM. So don’t think you got the wrong one when it comes to you. I just didn’t see the sense in throwing away all those papers when it is technically a Jordan alphabet anyway.
