It…is…December!

What the heck? That’s just crazy!

Well, this happens to be my favorite time of year because it’s when we do our 12 Days of Christmas! Yahoo!

Alright, let’s take a look at today’s Daily December Tags with this beautiful little number from Miss Maggie.

 

 

Oh my goodness…these little advent tags are freakin’ adorable! And I love how she made a number super big as a statement on a page.

Here’s Maggie to tell us about them:

Advent calendars have always been something my kids have looked forward to during the holidays…and I’m always looking for fun (and EASY!) ways to create each year’s countdown. I printed out the Daily December Tags on vellum, and added them to the fronts of some of my favorite Christmas papers. Then I just punched a hole, added some baker’s twine and a little decoration, and done! These will look darling adorning a little treat or just hanging from a string as we count our way to the big day.

I also printed out a few of the numbers (again on vellum) to fit into the little December notebook I will be keeping this year. I cut the vellum to fit, and then simply adhered it to my page using a strip of washi tape. I love the little peek-a-boo effect vellum has over a photograph or journaling, and I’m excited to see my days come together!
