It just seemed rather appropriate to have a 12 Days of Christmas card for our 12 Days of Christmas. It’s a very graphically clean 4×6 card to just quickly tuck into a pocket. You can, of course, use it in many other ways…like this awesome page from Tazhi! Love how she chose to cut them up and mixed the different color schemes.

 

 

Hello friends, Tazhi here with a project using the fun 12 Days of Christmas card. I knew the second I saw it that I wanted it to be HUGE and I really loved that Kerri offered three differ color ways of the card so I took it into photoshop and resized it until it was approximately 6×8 and printed each colorway. I opted to print the two color ones on my inkjet printer and the black one with my laser printer because you guessed it, foil! After foiling the card with my Minc, I cut them all up and reassembled them on a piece of vellum. I used four numbers from each set which leaves me plenty of leftovers for a future page.

After arranging them on my sheet of vellum and gluing them down, I trimmed a piece of red cardstock to size and handstitched the two pieces together to make a pocket of sorts. I plan to use this page to document our advent calendars and I’ll embellish it with a number when that day rolls around but I love how easy it was to create this page and how fun all of the different colors and gold foil work together.
