Hmm. I need to think about that one. I do love the comfort of my warm home in the winter. I guess it all depends on how cold it is outside. haha

Well, this winter walk of Miss Maggie did serve us all well because hello, look at this page! That graduated stamped title is awesome! That Max SM alphabet is perfect for gorgeous bold titles in your travelers notebook.

 

 

Even though we live only 30 minutes outside of Chicago, our house is surrounded by a TON of forest preserves full of trails & lakes. Some of my favorite hours spent with my children are on these trails – talking, laughing, and horsing around. 

To document this day’s perfect walk, I used the Max SM alphabet, and did some second generation stamping to create my title. If you’re not familiar with this technique, here’s a little rundown on how it’s done.

Ink up your stamp and make your first impression. Then, without re-inking your stamp, make another impression. Keep on going until you get the look you’re going for. To create my “winter walk” title, I stamped each design 5 times…without re-inking my stamp. It’s super simple and I LOVE the result.
