It’s the month of February and there is so much to love! I love that the next month is March which means a warmer batch of weather will be on its way. ;) It’s our anniversary month, not to mention Valentine’s Day–just two days apart so hubs will remember our anniversary. haha

And it also means there are a wonderful group of new stamps to love!

 

 

Oh boy! I’m so excited!

We’ve got a new Headline alpha in a couple sizes and in both lower and upper because I hear so many of you like your all-inclusive sets. ;)

I really wanted a bold ‘newspaper-style’ font. Something that would really pack a punch on a page, no matter the height. And as I continued to think about it, I was reminded of the smaller words and sometimes underlined words, so I made a mix of the tiny words to accent the headline you’re creating. Use them between words, above the word, you can even use it without the line…just don’t add ink to it.

 

 

A little sidenote here on this tag. I had stamped this and it didn’t make the completely black impression I’d hoped….as it goes sometimes in the stamping world. My first impulse was to redo it and then thought it actually looked more like worn newsprint this way. I love it!

The regular Headline Upper and Lower size is 1.2″ and the Headline Upper SM and Lower SM is .82″. And you think they look good on their own? Try mixing the two sizes. Better yet, mix it with an alphabet like Juniper and Juniper SM!

 

 

And yes, I know it’s not Christmas season, but often when I’m sampling the way a font will look, I use the words ‘christmas’ and ‘merry and bright’….and I have no idea why. haha So that’s the sample you get today. :)

We also have a couple of beautiful love-themed sets. Love Is Everywhere and So Much Love. And if you take a look at that script ‘i love you’ (ab0ve), it’s designed to create wide and long continuous backgrounds. So divine.

And that big chunky L-O-V-E? I couldn’t resist the quirkiness in size and style. So dreamy to see it all overlapping and beautiful–either all in a line or stacked!

 

 

Next up we’ve got Better Together, which is a serif font designed to work with the san serif style of Thick+Thin, because we all know that through thick and thin, we’re better together. ;) I just thought it would be so fun to have that serif version of to mix a title up even more….like this…

 

 

I love a mix of fonts and these two go together like peanut butter and jelly!
