Oh Happy Day!

It’s April! (what?) It’s a beautiful day…not just for its gorgeous spring weather, but we have some super fun new stamps today!

Say hello to Willow Upper XL, Willow Upper, Willow Upper SM, Willow Lower, Tiny Human and Botanically Inclined.

Look how amazing they are together.

I’m so excited about how this month’s release came together! I had seen some packaging with this font style and loved their use of multiple sizes. Hellooo?! Fan of that, as you know. ;) I knew I needed that in my life. I thought it was the perfect look to go with a baby-themed set as well as a nature set that was swirling in my brain. It’s so simple and versatile.

With the Willow line I opted to do something a little different than the alphas I’ve done in the past. I created three sizes…because…you know…need that. But due to the nature of this font style, I put uppercase and numbers of each size on one sheet. And then because it just didn’t seem to work to have the lowercase on their own sheets, I opted to put all the lowercase on one 6×8 sheet, which I think worked really well for this line.

Botanically Inclined started out in thought as a larger version of Nature Lover, but while drawing a few renditions of these lovelies, all I could think of was…I want them all. haha So, there ya have it. Now you have cohesive options for your leafy things. :)

Last, but not least is Tiny Human. I needed a follow up to last year’s Hello Baby. Both would be a sweet baby gift along with a journal. I think this one from 1Canoe2 is so danged cute!
