I admit it, I’m out every day in the spring inspecting my flowers, seeing which one will make itself known…and how many too. Last year we had a bumper crop of iris. Holy cow there were a ton! So now I have my eye on this beautiful page from Melissa today as an idea for when my sweet mini iris open up, which could be today. Yay!

Isn’t that Willow title ah-maaaazing? Ack! And if you’re wondering, we should be getting more of these in by Monday, so keep an eye out on social media so you’ll know when they are in.

 

 

Hi friends! Today I’m sharing a layout documenting my oldest and most faithful plant. The Botanically Inclined and Willow alpha stamps work so well for my project. 

Like with most of my layouts I kept this one pretty simple. I started on the left side, by printing my picture, which I left a nice white border around it to allow room for stamping and I also printed my journaling on some grid paper.  This left side is all about the Botanically Inclined stamp set.  I used it to stamp a sprig over my journaling and I stamped the sentiments in the set throughout the page. 

On the right side I went even simpler. I used the Willow Upper to stamp out this quote by Lady Bird Johnson. That’s it. I’m so in love with this font.
