I tell ya what, I’m enjoying having a tiny human in our lives again. Our new little 3-week old grandson is probably one of the smiliest babies in their sleep I’ve ever seen. He even laughs in his sleep. Their facial expressions are so fun to watch and it will be even more fun when he starts interacting with us. :)

The Tiny Human and Willow Upper SM stamps make it so easy to make your own sweet custom baby cards!

I cut some Top Notch Tags (free file) using my Silhouette to use as the place for all my stamped pieces.  I stitched around each tag with my sewing machine and made sure to tie some twine to the top of each too.

I kept my card bases simple choosing a fairly solid coloured paper paired with rainbow stripes for each.  I added some zig zag stitching using my sewing machine to each one.  My machine was playing up a little so the stitching isn’t perfect but I kind of liked the messy look of it so I left it how it was.

For each card I stamped the super cute elephant in two shades of each colour using the darker shade for the bodies and the lighter shade for the ears.  I used some foam adhesive for the ears to add a little dimension.  I also stamped tiny hearts using a stamp from the Hey Kiddo stamp set (n/a) and positioned them so it looks like the hearts are coming from the elephants’ trunk, which I think looks so sweet!

I chose a different phrase stamp from the Tiny Human stamp set for each tag, then used the Willow Upper SM stamps to create a different word to go with each phrase.

All I had to do then was adhere the tags to each card base and they were done!  Now I have three cute cards ready for whenever I need them.
