Hi everyone! Heba here with a simple layout documenting a special moment in my life. A few weeks ago I got my first Covid-19 shot and I was oh so excited. I felt the freedom go through my veins. I knew right away that this moment had to be documented in my traveler’s notebook with a large photo and an even larger title.

Usually when I document a big moment like this one, I like to keep my layout simple but my title large and bold. So I started with a 4×8 photo of me holding up my “I’m vaccinated” sticker on one side and then used the Headline Lowercase alpha stamp to stamp Vax’d. I knew I wouldn’t be able to fit Vaccinated on my spread so Vax’d would do and it fit perfectly.

I love that the stamp set came with conjunction words, the smaller (and) fit nicely in between my words and didn’t take up a lot of space on my spread. I made sure to stamp it in the center to give me space to stamp Proud using the Jordan alpha stamp set. I purposely stamped the letters apart to make sure (PROUD) was as bold as the rest of my title.

I recommend mixing up your fonts especially when stamping out a large title. It helps the title stand out and brings more interest to the spread. I especially recommend using different fonts if you are working on a smaller layout like I am. That way you’re sure your title will fit no matter what. Just have fun and use your alpha stamps.

I finished off the layout by adding a bit of journaling and stickers to bring in a pop of color to my bold title.
