You know what’s more beautiful than pretty photos of food? That would be gorgeously documented spreads on said food. And Sheree has a very tasty example of food and Type Hype! Wow! The two layered titles is so my…ehem…jam. ;)

And I know I’ll get asked, more Willows are on reorder. I’m hoping they’ll be here in a couple weeks. :)

 

 

 

For the title of my traveler’s notebook today I thought it would be fun to layer two different alphabet fonts together spelling out the same word… “baking”.

I printed out my journaling onto white cardstock and cut the page to TN size.  I then stamped the background title word onto scrap white cardstock using Headline Upper SM.  I love that this font is quite solid and I was sure to use a light coloured ink so that my layered title would be clearly seen.  I then used the medium sized alphas from Willow Lower to stamp on top of each letter and I love the effect it gave!  I cut out my title and added it above my journaling before adding some stitching.  I could have stamped the title directly onto the page but I love the look of the extra layer and the texture that more stitching adds.

I positioned my small photo under the journaling then added two stamped phrases from the Eat stamp set underneath.  I also added another stamped phrase to the middle of my full-page photo and stamped a spoon image above the title.  A little more stitching and my pages were ready to add into my traveler’s notebook!
