California has a special place in my heart. My dad, stepmom and other family members live there–and even Jordan lived there–so it’s a place we visit often. That being said, I have no idea why it took me so long to make a Southern California stamp set!

Hi Friends! You ever get a stamp set and want to use all the sentiments in one project?! That was me with Kerri’s new Southern California stamp set. It is truly California Dreamin’. 

I started my project by typing up my journaling into a column and arranging it on just half of the page. That left me enough space to use most of all the sentiments from the Southern California stamp set onto the other half of the page. I stayed with simple black ink. I added a small picture above the journaling and stamped a few more sentiments. 

To the left side of my project, I simply added a picture, added washi tape and stamped the date. 

In typical Melissa fashion of wanting to use all the photos (and stamps), I created a flip out to add a few more photos. I used the digital version of the Southern California to make a few tags embellishments. I used the Year Round stamp set to stamp the fun sentiments on the tag rings.  On the right side of the flip out, I repeated the same format of the right side of the main layout, a picture, washi and a few stamps at the bottom of the picture. 

That’s it my friends! I hope you are able to snag this stamp set, it has easily become a favorite and one I know, I’ll use over and over again.
