Today’s Summer Notice Freebie, Breathe, is all about taking a moment to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. Summers are often just that—slower paced and a time of being able to breathe in the gloriousness of being outside. What is your place to be and/or favorite part of summer where you can just breathe and enjoy the moment?

One of my favorite places to be during the summer is sitting out front under the tree in the shade of the morning while it’s cool or just enjoying the evening as neighbors walk by while watching the clouds form beautiful patterns across the sky. It’s where I get a chance to enjoy the slower pace that summer has to offer—a place of contentment and a chance to breathe.
