As many of you know my family has been having a bit of a rough year—couple years, really. Last holiday season, when both of Dan’s parents passed away, all we wanted—needed—was a quiet, low-key holiday for this year and to find ourselves on a beach.

I knew several months ago that taking on my usual 12 Days of Christmas wasn’t going to work for me. Not only did I crave that glimpse of a quiet holiday, no matter what alternatives I could think of, nothing seemed to settle right. Little did I know when I made that decision that we would be going into yet another complicated last few months of the year.

Skipping the 12 Days event was an especially difficult decision I had to make, but I knew it was the right one…that I wasn’t suppose to do it.

So this year, we are offering free shipping anywhere in the US or International FRIDAY + SATURDAY ONLY with purchases of $35+ on stamps.

I think I’ve only done free shipping once a long time ago, so this is a festive treat for sure.  It’s one way I can say THANK YOU for all your support through the year. Truly. You all make my job a joy and I love having you be a part of my little world.

I also hoped to have some restock in for this, but I don’t believe it will make it in time. So if something is sold out, it will probably be available in another week or so. (And I can’t do preorders because mistakes in fulfilling my orders do happen. )

One note for our Aussie friends, USPS still isn’t allowing shipping to you guys. Sheesh. I had no idea it would last this long. We check every day. Hoping that it changes soon. But you can still take advantage of the sale and we’ll hold onto it until we can ship. Hoping for a Christmas miracle.
