Gosh, I want to read a book. I keep postponing my digital library loans because free time is not on my side at present. And I’ve got some good ones I’ve been dying to read. Later. Just later. I did, however, accept one that I need to read in the next nine days. ;)

Last year I read some really great ones. I think the Karin Slaughter series were some of my favorite ‘entertaining’ reads. I also liked ‘Anxious People’ by Fredrik Backman (‘A Man Called Ove).

The reader in me jumped for joy when I saw the new Bibliophile stamp set. I used it to document a round up of my favorite reads from 2021. On the left, I printed a grid with book covers from my top 16 reads. The ones that I would recommend to a friend or read again in the future.

On the right, I created a bookmark for a journaling spot. I used the Bibliophile stamp set to create the “Read That” title and the book stack at the top. I created a tassel out of embroidery thread and finished off the layout with the year using the new Double Digits Small stamp set. It was really easy to line up the “20” and “21” perfectly on a stamp block. I’ll be using this one for 2022 and beyond.
