Tiny words stamped here and there, a fabulous divided title, text in a digital Details background, photo pocket with a filmstrip of photos…it all adds up to awesomeness from Miss Melissa!

 

Hi friends!! One evening we decided late in the afternoon to take a drive and go watch the sunset in the hills that surround the valley we live in. It was amazing! 

On the left side of my project, I used a landscape, panoramic picture and added a digital stamp. 

On the right side, I used both digital and physical stamps. I love the big Details stamp from the Highlights set.  It’s perfect for a 3″x4” card but I needed it bigger for my 4″x8” layout so I used the digital version. It was perfect to add my journaling.

Next, using a ruler and a craft knife, I cut a slit in the paper to act as a pocket so I could slip a photo strip in there. To the photo strip I added more stamp sentiments from the Highlights stamp set. I thought that would be it, but the photo strip only covered half the page so I decided to grab the Neapolitan stamp set and stamp the location.
