I am a huge word geek, that’s for sure. Favorite accent. Like, ever. I often have a hard time thinking past the words…or numbers. ;) That’s why I love seeing such awesome creativity like what Miss Jessica has here today. This background she created using the icons from See The World is just splendid!

 

 

Hi crafty friends, Jessica here to share a project with the new June releases. I am really trying to work on spreads for our trip to Washington DC during spring break. And I thought I should start with this selfie of my son and I as we were taking off on our flight.

I used the See the World stamp set to create a background. I loved using the icons in shades of gray except for the airplane which I made red so that it would stand out since we were on a plane. I then used the “Rome” stamp from Uncharted Territory to create a custom embellishment with Hand-stitching.

I use some of the digital stamps to create a title and put my journaling below it right on top of my photo. I loved how this turned out and hope that I have given you some inspiration on how to use these gorgeous new stamps!
