We’ve had some interesting skies here in our neck of the woods. Bright blue, dark blue, almost black, lit up with lightning, grey, oranges, pinks and purples…all sorts of colors happening.

I think all those rich colors are just a part of summer. And that’s what I think is so awesome about what Nancy has for us today with her multi-color District title. Beautiful, right? Also loving the Highlights (coming back soon) to document the moment. It’s all just wonderful!

 

 

I love the bold impact of the new District Upper Alpha XL. It’s perfect for narrow spaces like a traveler’s notebook with its tall and narrow footprint. I knew I wanted to use it for a colorful title in all the colors of the summer sky.

It’s perfectly offset with the delicate titles in the Summer Captions stamp set that I used just above the colorful title and in a pink label directly on the photo. The contrast of very large and very small makes them both stand out.

 

 

Pairing these up with the grid from the Highlights stamp set complete the page. Bold, colorful and a whole lot of summer fun!
