I know. I think many of us are getting that wintry Christmas feeling creeping in–especially when it’s been snowing, but it ain’t over until the fat turkey sings (so to speak, haha).  There’s still a lot of fall goin’ on and Melissa has the most amazing idea for documenting it! Each one of these tags is just fantastic! beautiful details.

And on a super sad note, Melissa’s current cycle of life is not affording her time to be crafty for the KBS team anymore. I know when I say this we can all agree, she will be greatly missed. Her work here has always just been beyond words. We wish you nothing but the best sweet friend!

 

 

Hi there friends! Today, I’m sharing this little mini album I’ve just started. This mini album is all about fall and the walks and the scenery around me during this time.  This month’s stamp release is just perfect to get me started on this project. 
I will be using one basic layout formula consisting of a photo and a journal tag throughout the entire album. This album only measures 3″x4″, so my goal is to keep it minimal. I will only use stamps as embellishments and that should help me keep this project simple so I can continue to add to the album, through the years, without too much bulk from other, thicker embellishments. 
To get started on this album, I selected a few of my favorite fall photos. I printed some journaling and cut them into tags so I could use the amazing Gather ‘Round stamp set. Then I also added some sentiments from the Grateful stamp set to add some more embellishment to the tags.
