Here’s a bit about Julie…

 

 

Hi, I’m Julie and the minute I was introduced to stamping (cough, 1996, cough) I was smitten.

I’ve been memory keeping since my senior year of high school and while I generally stink at remembering to take photos, I love stopping to reflect on life’s little moments. It helps me keep perspective and allows me to express gratitude that I sometimes fail to do in the moment.

My husband and I are newly desert dwellers, empty nesters and grateful to be in strong relationships with our adult children that we adore. We have a non-traditional schedule, which allows us freedom to go-see-do, and while I love to explore, I am equally (if not more) happy at home. We enjoy hiking in the AZ winter and escaping the heat each summer.

I am honored to serve on Kerri’s team and seriously love ALL of her creations. Her crisp, graphic style is refreshing and I love sprinkling her gift of design across my pages. 🤍

May can be a little hectic in our world, so I immediately gravitated to these By The Day and By the Month stamps and set up the entire month in my creative journal. Having these bright colors and fun designs on my pages will lure me in each week and ensure that I carve out that much-needed creative time. (Paired with Double Digits LG and Fill in the Blank)

Photos often guide the stories that show up on these pages, but I love to include the random tidbits of my days, too. These new Life-Ing stamp sets are amazing prompts for journaling and draw out that everyday-life stuff that can otherwise be forgotten. I selected some topics that I thought would be relevant and paired them with some transparent labels to create little “homes” for my everyday-life-ing moments.

It feels good to have the momentum started and I can hardly wait to work on these pages!
