Today we’re stepping from Halloween sugar overload into KBS stamp overload with six new stamp sets! This is the last set for the year as we don’t release new ones in December. I can hardly even believe that the next release will be in 2024!

We have quite a mix of stamps this go around–a little Thanksgiving/fall, a little Christmas, a little travel and a little alphabet. :)

 

 

Hmm…what shall we start off with today?

Oooh, perhaps let’s do Charleston because I’m a wee bit excited to go see that beautiful city! We had plans to go here a few years ago, but hubs was supposed to work on a Marvel movie…and we couldn’t pass that up. ;) Sadly, it never got produced which means we canceled our trip for nothin’. Oh well.

Lots of words for all the sights. You can also combine them, like Lowcountry Food Scene. Do what ya like. There’s some fun to be had.

 

 

Next up is Meadow.

 

 

I love the openness of this alphabet, not to mention some of the ‘together’ letters! As I was trying to think of a name for this alphabet all I could think about is how it’s meant to breathe and be open. Yes, the letters can be used closer together, but it has feeling of space…it wants to breathe. I’d been to some amazing meadows this year–and even enjoying the space in our backyard–and Meadow just seemed to fit it.

Speaking of ‘open spaces’, Open Table is an addition to the ‘Open’ line of stamps. Great words for family and friends coming together for good times and good food. And we also have Simply Said: Together for the fall/Thanksgiving season with a plethora of awesome phrases!

Next is Simply Said: Holiday Style. This line of Simply Said could really be a new favorite accent piece for me.

 

 

I love these tiny little snippets that you can put just about anywhere on your page. And attach it with a tiny stapler? Ohhhh ya!

And finally we have Joyful Basics.

 

 

I love, love, love outlined letters. It’s a great way to make a statement without it over powering your page. I also love having the option for consistency throughout documenting a specific event, like Christmas. This set ticks all the boxes.

And that’s it! Our final release of 2023. I’m baffled at where this year has gone. Yes, we still have two months, but it is winding down fast! The holiday season is just about here. I’m going to put up my tree in a couple weeks even. Our past four holiday seasons have been rather difficult and I’m hoping we are breaking that trend this year. Hoping for a peaceful time. And…I have puzzles to do. ;)
