Creativity at its finest happening right here from Sheree with this fantastic embossed-on-vellum pocket! But wait, there’s more! The stamping, the stitching…so much merriment going on. What a wonderful idea!

 

 

With this month’s new stamps I couldn’t help but to make another page for my December album.  I took the “traditions” word stamp and the star from the Joyful Basics stamp set and stamped them diagonally across a piece of vellum for the pocket.  I love the effect of the white ink on the vellum!

 

 

After adding the pocket to the bottom half of the page, I decided to decorate the pocket with some twine and tags.  I used the Simply Said: Holiday Style stamp set to create the circular tag that says “merry and bright” and also stamped the number 3 using last month’s Take A Number stamp set before adding some handstitching.

 

 

For my journaling I created a tag to go inside the pocket using the “Traditions” stamp for the title and added a phrase from last month’s Best Time of Year stamp set.
