I fear that my perfectionism won’t allow me to do this. But I do enjoy seeing others’ creative process and the fruits of their freedom…just like Nancy has done here. Oh my goodness…the stamping on fabric using Love Related and Bits+Pieces? Talk about wow! 

 

 

Clear stamps are a fantastic tool for adding text and textures to your junk journaling projects. I especially  love the titles and sayings in this month’s new Love Related stamp set.

I used plain canvas from the fabric store as a base and black Archival Ink to stamp directly on the fabric. I love how some of the images looked distressed and others are more crisp. It adds to the eclectic feel of a junk journal.

 

 

I layered each stamped tag with fabric to add texture. The black stamping really pops at the center of each tag. I also pulled some loose threads on all four sides of this tag to add more texture.

Surrounding a photo with a collage of stamped tags adds so much character to a junk journal project. It gives me all the handmade feels!
