Here we go. Once again the KBS design team has gone and used the stamps in a way I never imagined. How stinkin’ cut is this accent for a garden journal from Julie? The cleverness is real, my friends. The cleverness is real.

 

 

I’ll be gardening in two extreme zones this year (9a and 5a), so I decided to create a journal where I could take notes, sketch out ideas and keep a record of my garden experiments.

So, while most people’s summers include fun travel (thus the perfectly timed May release from KBS), I’m hoping for less travel and more gardening.  I thought it’d be funny to play with that idea here on my journal cover page and include a little postcard from my favorite place – my garden.  🤍

I’ve used a ton of other KBS stamps to map out a framework for this journal, and look forward to seeing it all evolve. I’m always a huge proponent of using stamps in a practical (yet pretty) way, so this was a super fun project for me to start.
