When you have a little more to put on a page, why not create a little flip out like Barbara has done here on her gorgeous layout. Love how there’s a main photo to focus on and then you can flip it open to reveal even photos and details. And her use of the new stamps is perfection!

 

 

 

Our routines have for sure slowed down here now that it is summer. The most active person in our house seems to be the dog right now. She’s obsessed with being outside and guarding her yard so when I saw the big bold title on the A Normal Day set I knew what story to tell.

Our days really are spent catering to this little ball of fluff. I had a good time adding in little accents from the At A Glance set. I particularly loved the little words on that set. Of course I had to add in the definition stamp because I love that little bit of hand drawn work on that one. Having just that little bit of whimsy keeps the layout from looking too austere.

I added my story inside which allowed me to play with a few more stamps. I really wanted to use one of the grids but I opted not to fill it with text, I filled it with deco instead and I think it looks great. It totally works as a landing spot for whatever you want to put in it.
